A helping hand

We know that some of our clients here in Spain are wary of putting out adverts in Spanish there may be nobody in the office who can soak the language if the phone rings. For that reason we can offer a telephone service to handle calls in other languages. Reasons you would use this service include:

If you want to do business with clients in other languages, but cannot set up the meetings.

If you need help dealing with Spanish only customer help lines such as telefonica, or the ajuntamiento (we know that telefonica does have an English speaking department, but we have found that even if you can get through to it, they are less helpful than the Spanish speaking departments)

If you need help with dealing with incoming foreign language calls, but do not want to take on more staff.

NB. Our telephone service depends on availability of staff members and is not available in all languages. Please contact us for with any queries.
